The following list contains everything you need to have in order prior to camp and where to find them. We have so much in store for camp this year and don’t want to have you miss any of it because your checklist isn't complete.

1) Health and release forms

Every camper is required to have a health and release form completed prior to participating in camp. Use the links below to find them, fill them out, and send them back to us. ***the release form MUST be notarized prior to coming to camp!

How to return your forms????

  • By Fax: 719-852-0331

2) Current coggins

If you are bringing a horse to RBC, a current COGGINS is required. We want your stock to come and return safe. All of our camp stock have current coggins and vaccinations. Vaccinations are not required but are strongly recommend. You will need to bring your coggins paperwork with you to camp check in, once cleared you will get a stall number. It takes about a week to get coggins results back from the vet so make sure to plan ahead.

At our senior camp we will have a concession stand open throughout camp with drinks, candy bars, quick snacks, and more. Our camp store will also be open. You will receive a t-shirt when you check in but we do have caps and hoodies for sale if you would like one of those as well.
